This evening, our 10th and 11th grade talmidim had the privilege of volunteering to help B’nei HaShra’ah, an inspiring organization that empowers youth through mentorship, growth, and spiritual connection. Together with leaders from the organization, our bachurim hosted the opening barbecue for a group of middle school boys, creating a fun and welcoming start to their new season of programming.
Our talmidim, split into two groups at two different parks, took active leadership roles, organizing, hosting, and connecting personally with the younger boys. It was beautiful to see them step up as role models, bringing warmth, confidence, and genuine ahavas Yisrael to the evening.
Partnerships like this reflect what Yesodei Yisrael is all about: helping our students grow as well rounded leaders who lift others, build community, and embody Torah values in action. We look forward to seeing this connection continue and deepen throughout the year.
