This Lag B’Omer, the students of Yesodei Yisrael joined together with My Happy Place, an organization dedicated to supporting orphaned children, for an unforgettable day of energy and connection.
The event began at Yesodei Yisrael with inspiring words from Rabbi Kronenberg and Rabbi Kotler of My Happy Place, who shared the impactful mission of the organization while the boys enjoyed a generous spread of hot fries, onion rings, and slushies.

From the building, everyone headed out to the park for an intense Color War led by Rabbi Kronenberg, where the atmosphere was electric and filled with vibrant colors and high-energy competition. It was a thrill to watch the boys dive into the challenges with such spirit, but the most moving part of the day was the atmosphere between the participants.
The Yesodei Yisrael students showed incredible respect and heart, displaying deep sensitivity toward the children from My Happy Place, and proving that more than just a day of fun, it was a day of genuine brotherhood and Kiddush Hashem.
A special thank you to Rabbi Kronenberg and Rabbi Kotler for leading such a meaningful experience.
